As a made in Hong Kong brand, FOODBOX has always tried to help and source local delicacies to better our menus. Our recent Okra salad has been a successful fusion sourced from a local farm. Not to mention that the farm is entirely organic, therefore, there is little pesticide and fertilizer used to grow them!
身為一個香港制造的品牌，所以我地一直喺唔同農場揾一啲啱用而又新鮮的蔬果翻黎整沙律。而近期的秋葵沙律成為夏天第一款當做產品，更為特別是它的耕作過程是全有機，食的時候令你更加安心。
What’s Special about the Farm | 農場特色
All crops are grown organically on the farm with a natural growing method, and they are also applicable to any home plants that you may have laying around. The fertilizer used in the farm is peanut peel soaked in water, a nitrogen-rich fertilizer that is essential for plant growth!
What about the pest? There are always attacks from snails, grasshoppers and such. The farm’s got that covered as well with the use of nests. They are hung around the crops to prevent the entry of harmful pests. It has drastically reduced the use of pesticide.
農場所有作物都是以有機方式耕作，所以如果大家屋企都有種小種物的話都可以試試下農場的建議！佢地用的肥料係經太陽乾的花生衣，再浸落水之後就可以加落去盆栽到。
但如果講到害蟲方面，農場方面就會用到蟲網將作物隔開，屋企的話可以試下用較小型的蚊帳。最後可以大大減小到使用農藥的機會同需要！
